How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form or WhatsApp us a few photos of the damage. We reply within 4–5 hours.

Will the price change when I bring the car in?
Our price is based on your photos. If we find hidden damage when we start, we’ll tell you before doing any extra work.
How do I pay?
When you collect your vehicle, by cash or bank transfer. There’s nothing to pay up front.
BOOKING AND TURNAROUND
How long will my car be with you?
Most small to medium repairs are done the same day, and a half bumper can be done in 4–5 hours. We’ll confirm the time with your quote.
Do you come to me?
No. We’re a fixed workshop in Longton, so your car is repaired indoors in proper conditions.
Can I wait while it’s done?
No, we ask you to leave the car with us. The paint needs time to cure properly, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.
Do you offer a courtesy car?
No, we don’t offer courtesy vehicles. Most repairs are done the same day, and a half bumper can be done in 4–5 hours.
REPAIRS AND PAINT
Will the paint match?
Yes. We mix to your car’s paint code and blend the colour into the surrounding area.
Do you do paintless dent repair?
No. We repair dents with filler, primer and paint, pulling deeper dents first.
What don’t you take on?
Big accident damage, structural work, full car resprays and paintless dent repair. Keeping jobs small is how we stay quick.
Can you work with my insurance?
Yes, we do insurance work. Send us your photos and claim details and we’ll talk you through it.
WARRANTY AND AFTERCARE
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every panel we paint is covered for any problem caused by our work, such as bubbling, peeling or flaking, for as long as you own the vehicle. If the colour isn’t right because of our work, we’ll paint it again. It doesn’t cover rust or new damage like stone chips, scratches or accidents, and it becomes void if another bodyshop works on or paints the panel after us. We check this with a paint film thickness gauge.
How soon can I wash the car?
Please wait at least 5 days before washing the car, so the new paint can fully harden.
What if I’m not happy?
Tell us straight away and we’ll look at it. We want every repair to be right.
